Wisdom Table Therapy is an out of network provider and is therefore private pay only. Payment is due at time of service. Cash and major credit cards are accepted as well as most HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Payments are made through a HIPAA compliant site.  

If you need to cancel a session, I request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancel is considered anything less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
