Check-in via phone call or online (30 min) $95
Payment is due at time of service. Cash and major credit cards are accepted as well as most HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Payments are made through a HIPAA compliant site.
If you need to cancel a session, I request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancel is considered anything less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
